This production picks classic film of the same name in 1947, the prolific writer John Huge staying true to the original main line . Dorey Walker, executive director of the Marcy store (Elizabeth Perkins) and her daughter do not believe too much in the Christmas spirit and wonderful atmosphere. However, Doris was pregnant to find the best Santa Claus distributed gifts to children in the store. Kriss Kringle is chosen (Richard Attenborough) who, as it turns out very soon, is convinced it's even Santa Claus. Authorities will threatens him admitted to a mental institution but a young lawyer and it will save the spirit of Christmas.
